Techniques
Over the past year I have now concentrated on working with The Bowen Technique and my Reiki training. You can, of course, either contact me via. E-mail, or telephone for an informal chat, or for future information.
My firm belief is that if one treats the body as a whole (i.e. holistically) then it will start its own journey of self-healing. Quite often symptoms are treated rather than the cause, which may suppress the real reason for an illness or condition. Although I cannot claim to cure or diagnose any illness, excellent results may be achieved with allowing its own self-healing to begin.
We are indeed living in an extremely stressful environment. Greater demands are being placed on our time, deadlines have to be met, and many of us have to cope with family life and work. Prevention is better than cure and we should all allow course of treatments to realise just how needed they are!
